About CQC
Healthcare deserves better.
CQC is built around one simple belief: healthcare deserves better. Better access to expertise. Better support for the people making difficult workplace decisions. Better ways to learn, connect and solve problems.
CQC brings healthcare leaders together to ask questions, share challenges, learn from one another and access practical expertise in an environment that feels very different from traditional training.
Because we do not believe the answer to every problem is another workshop, another manual or another generic solution.
- Sometimes, it starts with a conversation.
- A real question.
- A shared frustration.
- A problem that needs solving.
- An idea about how something could work better.
That is what CQC is about.
Listen first. Build from there.
We believe the people working in healthcare are the best people to tell us where the problems are.
So we want to listen. To the questions being asked. The frustrations people experience. The things that take too much time. The processes that do not work as well as they should. And the ideas people have for doing things differently.
Then we want to do something useful with what we learn: education, technology, practical tools, specialist expertise, new services, or bringing the right people together to solve a problem.
Our public promise
- We will listen before we build.
- We will not create solutions simply because we can. We will ask whether they are needed.
- We will listen to the people they are meant to serve.
- We will focus on real problems rather than imagined ones.
- We will challenge ourselves to find simpler, smarter and more practical ways of doing things.
And we will keep asking one question: does this make things better for healthcare?
More than coffee. More than questions.
Coffee, Questions & Compliance is where people come together around the table. But CQC represents something bigger: a place where healthcare leaders can ask, learn, connect and contribute.
Where a question can become a conversation. Where a conversation can uncover a bigger problem. And where that problem can inspire a better solution.
We want the people who become part of CQC to help shape the conversations, identify the problems worth solving and influence the solutions that follow.
Because we do not believe better healthcare workplaces will be built by one person, one company or one product. They will be built by people who believe we can do better.
